This Privacy Policy describes how NUZN Infotech ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information
when you use ProHotel (the "App").
Summary: We collect only the information needed to provide hotel booking/reservations, guest check-in/out, billing,
and related hotel operations. We do not sell personal information.
1) Who this policy applies to
This policy applies to users of the App, which may include hotel staff, administrators, and/or property owners, and may also involve
guest/customer information entered into the App by authorized users.
2) Information we collect
Depending on how the App is used, we may collect the following categories of information:

Account & login information: name, username, email, phone number, role/permissions, and authentication details
(e.g., hashed passwords or tokens).

Hotel operational data: reservations, room allotments, check-in/out records, guest preferences entered by staff,
folios, invoices, taxes, and billing records.

Guest/customer information (entered by you): guest name, phone number, email, address, ID details (if you choose
to store them), stay dates, booking source, and notes necessary for hospitality services.

Payment information: ProHotel does not collect payments through the App. Payments (cash/card/UPI, etc.)
are collected by hotel staff at the hotel premises using the hotel's own methods/systems. The App may store only basic billing/folio
details such as invoice number, totals, taxes, payment mode, and settlement status for hotel record-keeping.

Device & app usage data: app version, device information (such as device model and OS version), crash logs,
diagnostic logs, and basic analytics (to improve stability and performance).

Customer support communications: if you contact us, we may collect the information you provide in messages or
attachments for troubleshooting.
3) Data storage & hybrid operation
ProHotel is a hybrid application. Depending on your setup and features enabled, your data may be stored:
- On your device/local system (e.g., hotel computer/mobile device) for day-to-day operations, and
- On our servers/cloud (if cloud sync/hosting is enabled) for backup, synchronization, and remote access.
We maintain and process your data to provide the App’s functionality, and we take reasonable measures to help ensure data is not
corrupted or lost. However, no system can guarantee zero risk of loss or corruption, so we recommend maintaining periodic backups
and following best practices for device and account security.
4) Permissions (Android)
The App may request permissions only when needed for features you use. For example:
- Internet: to sync data and access cloud services (if enabled).
- Storage/Files (optional): to export invoices/reports or attach documents (if you use these features).
5) How we use information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide core features: booking, reservations, check-in/out, billing, invoicing, and reporting.
- Manage hotel operations and user accounts, permissions, and audit logs.
- Back up and synchronize data across your devices/systems (if you use cloud sync/hosting).
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, bugs, crashes, and security incidents.
- Respond to support requests and communicate about updates or important notices.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, or lawful requests.
6) How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only in these cases:

Service providers (only if applicable): hosting/cloud infrastructure and support tools used to operate the App
(only as necessary, and subject to appropriate safeguards).

7) Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the App and for legitimate business purposes (such as accounting, audits,
dispute resolution, and compliance). Retention periods may vary based on hotel configuration and applicable laws.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect information. However, no method of
transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9) Your choices & controls

Access / update: authorized users can access and update hotel records and guest data within the App, subject to
role permissions.

Deletion: you may request deletion of account data and/or specific records, subject to legal/contractual
obligations and operational needs.

Opt-out of analytics: where available, you can disable analytics/crash reporting in app settings (if provided).
10) Children’s privacy
ProHotel is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children.
11) International data transfers
If you use cloud sync/hosting or remote services, your information may be processed on servers located in different countries. We take steps
to protect information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
12) Third-party links & services
The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., OTA/channel partners, messaging providers). Their privacy
practices are governed by their own policies. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies.
